On the Feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem, before the beginning of the Divine Liturgy at the Church of the Holy Apostles Peter and Paul in Hong Kong, the rector of the parish, Archpriest Dionisy Pozdnyaev (遲秋農), announced the decree of His Holiness the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia awarding Priest Anatoly Kung (龔長明) the right to wear the epigonation—a liturgical vestment traditionally granted as a mark of honor for zealous and faithful service in the priesthood.
This distinction was bestowed in recognition of Father Anatoly’s dedicated ministry for the glory of the Church of Christ.
The rector, clergy, and parishioners warmly congratulate Father Anatoly on this ecclesiastical honor and prayerfully wish him God’s grace and strength in his pastoral labors.
