Chinese translation of the book "The Word of the Shepherd"

On the 26th of June the presentation of the first Chinese edition of ‘The Word of a Pastor’, a book by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia was held in Hong Kong.

The book was presented by the Chair of the Patriarchal Council for Culture, Metropolitan of Pskov and Porkhov Tikhon (Shevkunov).

To modern readers, this book provides answers to questions about the meaning of human life, about good and evil.

First published in 2004 in Russian, ‘The Word of a Pastor’ has been reprinted numerous times, and is now is translated and published in fourteen different languages.

For the first time ‘The Word of a Pastor’ is published in Chinese for a wide readership including students, university professors and anyone interested in Christianity.
