New version of the Book of Hours published to fulfill needs for daily liturgical worship. The Chinese version of the "Book of Hours" contains texts of the First, Third, Sixth, and Ninth hours, Vespers, Matins, Compline and Midnight Office. According to the current liturgical practice of the parish, these texts compiled into three volumes.
The text refers to the translation of the Beijing Ecclesiastical Mission. The proper names translated in accordance with the Chinese Union Version Bible text.
There are two versions of the edition: in Traditional and Simplified Chinese characters. Free electronic version is available for download on the website of China Orthodox Press. The printed version can be ordered through the online store .
